Favourites in IE

I have recently purchased an HTC Touch, it came with Windows 6.1 and IE, I want to edit the favourites folder for IE but cannot find the actual folder on the device, I can access it through IE but it doesn't allow you to move links from one folder to another, all it allows you to do is add or delete them.

I have tried the search application but it comes up blank for any search I do, its a real waste of space for an application., I also have a folder explorer to navigate through the device but have been un-sucessful finding it. Can anybody help?

The favorites folder is under the windows directory.
