auto rotate

Hi,

My autorotate keeps stopping working, i then hard reset the device and it works for couple of hours then stops again, any fixes for this?

I had this on the original vodafone rom once.

After a soft-reset (stylus in hole next to power button), it would work again until auto-power off so was definitely a software issue rather than hardware.

After a hard reset (via system settings), it was fixed.

Are you sure you're hard resetting and not soft resetting??

have hard reseted via the software and via the the 2 buttons on front and reset hole on startup.

my software is

pda i900dxhh3/dzhh3

phone i900dxhh3

just in case... note that autorotate only works when backlight is on (so it will not work when screen dims after predetermined time)!

must be a hardware problem on my phone,

i've gone from

DXHG2 to DXHH3 then to DXHI2

but phone still the same, works for about a hour then stops. untill i hard reset the device.
