X500 won't start anymore

I have a Eten Glofish X500 which will not boot anymore, will remain in the initial screen and will not move from there at all no matter how much time you wait, even hard reset won't work, I've done the hard reset a few times in the last few days as it stopped recognizing my MicroSD card and also the touch display used to get out of settings, needing to press like 2 cm up the icon in order to start a program, the phone was not dropped, was not kept in humidity and I can see no reason it should do that, I'm thinking it's the Mobile Windows 6.0 that does it, please help, also if anyone knows how to downgrade to Windows 5.0 that would be great help too, thank you very much for reading this.
