Guest About Romance Posted September 30, 2008 Report Posted September 30, 2008 live search is the best free gps sofware i found for blackjack II. However i removed it and used google maps coz i think it uses internet or data plan thing and it costs me money. Then I read in a thread that all gps for blackjack II compatible, like google maps also charges you. If so, in both live search and google map, which functions charges you, and which is cheaper? I'm prbly looking for google map and live search users to get what im talking about?
Guest Confucious Posted September 30, 2008 Report Posted September 30, 2008 If you don't have an 'unlimited' data plan I wouldn't use either! They both download maps from the internet. GPS itself is free but if you are using your data connection to download maps from the internet you will be charged for the data downloaded. I would suggest getting a GPRS monitor (the SPB one is free to Modaco Plus members) to find out how much data you are using (data can be VERY expensive) and also checking out http://www.modaco.com/content/absolute-beg...r-black-jack-2/
