Mp4 & 3gp bluetooth sending problem

A friend of my was sending me a mp4 video file and a 3gp video file over bluetooth from his blackberry bold.

i recieved the file okay but its no where in my omnia. tried it a couple of times no file on my device.

he sent me a jpeg and I recieved it & it works. so our machine cannot recieve 3gp and mp4 ? or what is it? has anyone succesfully sent/recieve a video file?
