Remote Control Panel

I vaguely remember being able to connect to a control panel of another machine over the network....you know install or remove progs, admin rights etc....i just cant remember how to do it. Anyone any clues?

You can dot with "Netmeeting" which has to be installed and running on both PCs

With PC the remote desktop would do it
