Guest respider Posted October 1, 2008 Report Posted October 1, 2008 in Samsung Today Screen 2 there is a button to activate it or hold volume down key a few seconds to activate and again to deactivate you can configure that at Settings -> Buttons
Guest flamehawk Posted October 1, 2008 Report Posted October 1, 2008 Could anyone please tell me how to activate the flashlight? I'm using MobileShell and can't see it anywhere in the menu's Thanks. It is activated on my omnia by pressing and holding the down volume button on the side of the phone for about 3-4 seconds. After the light is switched on it will remain active for 20 seconds and then switch itself off. It works as long as I activate the button whilst at the Samsung Home Screen 2 is on display
Guest Unisoldrew Posted October 1, 2008 Report Posted October 1, 2008 I've set it up, but never get to the Samsung Today screen as i've installed the SPBWatcher which automatically switches back to MobileShell today screen. Any suggestions?
Guest Lucavi Posted October 3, 2008 Report Posted October 3, 2008 you can configure that at Settings -> Buttons There is a setting under the flash light tab that lets you set the automatic shut off- 2 mins max though.
Guest 3shirts Posted October 3, 2008 Report Posted October 3, 2008 I'm with the OP. The shortcut key (volume down) doesn't work when using Mobile Shell, is there any other way to activate it programatically, or perhaps through a mortscript
Guest Zohare Posted October 6, 2008 Report Posted October 6, 2008 I'm having the same problem. I can't activate the flashlight while using the spb mobile shell and SPB watcher. Any idea?
