Guest jclsm Posted October 2, 2008 Report Posted October 2, 2008 Is it possible to use Omnia as a web cam??? Hi EdiieMx, Did you try it ? Does it works well on Omnia ? Many thanks if you can leave your feedback
Guest the-jackal Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 I had a go with the free trial and it does not seem to work on the Omnia. I does seem to start up but then there is an error report to send to Microsoft.
Guest audit8321 Posted November 2, 2008 Report Posted November 2, 2008 (edited) I had a go with the free trial and it does not seem to work on the Omnia. I does seem to start up but then there is an error report to send to Microsoft. I got the same message but then i pressed "start" again and it worked... I also set the resolution to less than 640X480 (for some reason resolutions any higher wouldn't work) and left other things untouched.. whenever I make a change in resolution or settings, I would get an error message but after changing it twice all seemed to be working.. Guest skizo Posted November 2, 2008 Report Posted November 2, 2008 (edited) its not directly linked, but I wonder if there is any possibilities to get access to the front camera without visio-call, i.e. to look at ourself with it (I know, it's really girly). It doesn't seems to be impossible, but I didn't find any soft that do it on xda-dev... Edited November 2, 2008 by skizo
