Deleting a email account

Hi im trying to delete a email account (hotmail) of my phone does anyone know how please i have done a searchon here but nothing comes up

for hotmail you can't remove it like other email account by holding your finger and delete from popup menu, you need to click on the Hotmail account, choose Sync options, and unchecked the Sync Email from messaging options.
