Guest AFC MAGIC Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 I have done a search on this and found nothing! i have just been to the microsoft mobile homepage. At the bottom of the list on the left there is a "mobile application catalogue" this gives a list of all the applications (that are signed) which are availiable. i apologise if this is old infomation, just thought that i should share this with others mobile application catalogue
Guest Vector Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 COOL, never seen that before, nice one
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 There seem's to be quite a few things missing there, unless the list is just apps that have the MS seal of approval?
Guest HungrySPV Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 Nice list. Has anyone tried Speed Reader Plus SP 1.0 with an eBook ? Did they manage to read something without feeling dizzy afterwards ??????
Guest Soyale Posted April 4, 2003 Report Posted April 4, 2003 I believe the application has to hav gone through the "Designed for.." logo certification process before it will be included in the catalog. See Mobile2Market Participation jp
Guest Syvwlch Posted April 4, 2003 Report Posted April 4, 2003 Nice list. Has anyone tried Speed Reader Plus SP 1.0 with an eBook ? Did they manage to read something without feeling dizzy afterwards ?????? Yeah, it worked fine for me up to 400 WPM for me. Read HG Wells' Invisible Man with it. Wasn't good enough to buy, tho. And now we have the wonderful Repligo! Well, only in Beta... but soon, soon
Guest DigitalNome Posted April 7, 2003 Report Posted April 7, 2003 Why wasn't Speed Reader Plus good enough to buy? You said it "worked fine" that you were able to read an e-book at 400 WPM. Are you really looking forward to reading an entire ebook by scrolling through all the text with repligo? Sounds like speed reader plus is a better way to read, to me... The latest version works perfectly with the Orange SPV update. I think it's very cool and works well. I read much faster since i have used speed reader. i think it's worth the money. Other people on this site have very positive post and think so too
Guest yatpeak Posted April 12, 2003 Report Posted April 12, 2003 Though, if you want to really enjoy your read, you might want to bring the speed down a bit. Wyatt
