Alpha dial wm 6.1

I have the BJII with the new wm 6.1 on it and it works great except for one thing. I installed the alpha dial cab file on it and it doesn't seem to work. It worked fine on 6.0 and also on BJI with modded 6.1, but for some reason it doesn't work on my BJII. any one have any ideas?

I just took a picture of a dial pad on a regular phone that I saved in my docs. It's not but maybe every couple months that I ever need to dial a number like that.

6.1 has this already built in.

Start --> Settings --> Key Settings --> Vanity Dialing --> On
