Think my Omnia has died

COme to switch my phone on this morning and it boots up but then comes up with the following message

Menulauncher.exe

The file menu launcher cannot be opened either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of its components cannot be found.If yhe problem persists try reinstalling or restoring this file.

Once this message appears the phone completly freezes

I have tried to hard reset using the power send and end keys but no luck with that either

can anyone help
