Guest Jmaterna Posted October 6, 2008 Report Posted October 6, 2008 My Touch Diamond decided to reboot itself during the night recently. Since then any calendar appointments (existing or new) are not sounding or showing a notification. I have gone to Start, Settings, Sounds & Notifications and ensured Programs & Notifications are both checked, as is Events. Also, in the Notifications tab from the same place, I have selected the Event 'Reminders' and confirmed that Play Sound and Display Message on Screen are checked. Still though, the reminders don't seem to be reminding... When the profile is set to automatic it IS detecting the calendar appointment and putting the phone on silent, it's just not sounding a reminder. Is there anywhere else I should be checking or has anyone had this problem and sorted it out, please? (It's quite important to me to try to sort this out as I use these reminders to tell me to take my meds so any quick suggestions would be much appreciated) Thanks in advance.

Are you using any profile software? Is so, that could well be the cause of the issue. If not, then you're likely got issues with your notification queue. In this case you can download SKTools here: http://s-k-tools.com/index.html?sktools/m_feat.html This can fix your notification queue.
