I am wondering what software people are using to rip their DVD's to play on the Omnia, and do your videos play in full screen? I dont play a lot of DVD's so am looking for something free and not too bothered about having it automated. I have tried Super and it crashes when encoding my 4GB file, so far only managed to get a file by with DVD Shrink, vob2mpeg2 then WMEnconder 9 to get a wmv file but it doesnt occupy all the screen. I prefer WMP to Touch Player as it plays wma files so would like to keep using it to play videos. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Are you using the widescreen option for WM devices in WMEncoder 9 when you encode? I use handbrake and then WME 9 and I have gotten pretty decent results with a half a dozen movies for the kids (Finding Nemo, Cars, etc. LOL). I play them in WMP.

hi! How do I convert using Any Video from DVD? There are 2 files on the DVD, the Audio and Video files. I cannot choose both so the DVD's will be without Audio. Hope for your clarifications. thanks!!!
