I hope that is what you are looking for which is the Omnia XP Modem Driver for USB.

Forgot to tell you that after you extract it some where just double click on SETUP.EXE and the installation will begin.

Thanks very much - this helped me with the "Error! PhoneUSB Detect Failed" issue when flashing and I'm now happily using the latest
