Voicemail

This may seem a daft question, but how do i set how many rings before going onto voicemail?

I've checked all my settings and can't see anything for this.

Start -> Settings -> Phone -> Services -> Call forwarding

It might be provider specific, but in there I can set a number of seconds after which the call is forwarded to voicemail if there's no answer.
