I am thinking of getting an HTC touch HD, and a small 250gb external HDD. If I ripped a dvd with all the files ect on the external drive, would I be able to connect the external drive in USB host mode to the HTC and then use a program in WM to play back the dvd files like watching a dvd on a normal dvd player

If this is possible what software and extra usb converters would I need?

Also as the screen on the phone is 800*480 I shouldn't have any resolution problems should I?
