Guest FutureDirt Posted October 15, 2008 Report Posted October 15, 2008 Dont know if anyone here knows this but if you type in: *#0*# to your phone pad you get a diagnostics screen for the omnia. Pretty cool!
Guest robertut Posted October 15, 2008 Report Posted October 15, 2008 We should compile a list with all the codes which apply to Omnia.
Guest Yunabeco Posted October 15, 2008 Report Posted October 15, 2008 These are from the Blackjack 2 and not from me (source www.i607.org/wiki/doku.php?id=admin_codes ), but it seems a good lot of them work with the Omnia. Guest Massive Attack Posted October 15, 2008 Report Posted October 15, 2008 anyone know how to use that light sensor thing?
Guest Yunabeco Posted October 15, 2008 Report Posted October 15, 2008 The light sensor is besides the front camera, at its left; it adjusts the background luminosity automatically depending on the light that reaches it in oder to achieve a better visibility. It is active and changes the back light by default; you can disable this option by going into Settings => System tab => Backlight and checking Manual Adjustment.

Guest davidg712 Posted December 3, 2008 Report Posted December 3, 2008 u must mean to *test the front camera no to enable, my video calling is locked.
Guest nalpt Posted December 7, 2008 Report Posted December 7, 2008 Hey, can the *#1546792*# + 2. Preconfiguration - Password is *#81230*# be used to disable the network lock? Anyone know this? I haven't tried because I don't want to deal with a hard reset right now.
Guest finaldestiny Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 no to enable, my video calling is locked. Are you sure you have the omnia that supports video calling? The i910 don't support that feature because they lack front facing cameras. Video calling is only enabled on 3g service so ensure you have that as well.
Guest Gibeon Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 Is there one that can enable the front camera? Try *#0*# and press CIFcam. You can test it then B)
