How do I copy my music files from my document to the SD card? And Is this SD card called as My Storage?

you are really a newbie to Windows Mobile aren't you.

Using File Explorer

just click and hold on your file of choice and wait for the options to copy.

then move to your storage card and click on blank space and wait for the options to paste.
