Deleting Folders in 'Programs' Menu?

I have a folder in 'Programs' - selected from the Start Menu - that is empty and should have been removed by the uninstaller. How can I get rid of it as I can't see it in 'File Explorer' anywhere.

Related to the above, how do you select something without actioning it? For example, in File Explorer, how do you move to a file/folder down a list, when selecting it just actions/opens it?

Thanks.

have you looked in file explorer> my device> windows> start menu> programs and then find the folder you want to delete.

use the d pad to just select a folder.
