What? I am not quite sure I understand your problem. Have you already posted your problem, if so why are you posting it again. Otherwise explain your problem clearly.

Touch player is part of the rom, so you can not remove the exe file. I have never had any concerns about the size of media library for Touch Player. Have you chosen to save all your music to the device? If so you can just cut and past the music folders to the My Storage drive using any file explorer.

Otherwise you can search for large files using a file explorer like total commander. This will help you find the culprit.

My last suggestion is you look at the programs installed and see which ones you have installed to the device. Remove them and reload them to the storage card.

Gentlemen,

I have the same problem. When I update the Touch Player media library, it causes the built-in storage to appear totally full ( 8GB used in my case). Plugged in PC, same usage indication. The total size of the files are approx. 2 GB, but both the PC and the PDA thinks it is full, no write is possible any more on the storage. After formatting the storage and copy the same files back, everything is OK, the player library recognises the media and plays them, but the same thing happens whenever I update the library.

This is not an isolated problem, I found requests for help here: http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=9645

and here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=434151.

ROM: i900DXHJ1

Shall I leave the player alone until the next ROM update, or is there any solution exist to this issue?

Thanks very much for any help.

It doesn't sound like the problem is with Touch Player. It looks like you have mucked up the sync between WMP and your device. If you have selected WMP on ActiveSyc, then I would deselect it and try an alternative for music sync. I choose to use Media Monkey to sync my music. It is very easy and allows you to choose quite clearly whether your syncing to the device or My Storage.

If you really want to use WMP for sync'ing your music - it should be possible, but I have never really used it so cant help to much.

Hi,

I had exactly the same problem with most all of roms. I've made a lot of tests and it's Touch player scan process. No problem with other players: WMP, Coreplayer, Pocket player.

I use now the lite rom from PaSSoa (without Touch player)

Same here, I copied 3Gb of music to my storage card and after running touchplayer to listen, I got an error that the card was full (an 8Gb card with only about another Gb of stuff on).

Now I use the M2D ROM without touchplayer, it's fine
