Using i617 as GPSDevice

Does anyone know if its possible with hacks to emulate a comport on the i617 to the PC so I can use the GPS via Bluetooth into an application such as Microsoft Streets & Trips, etc?

I am working on something, however its in pre-beta stage at the moment. At the moment, it generates a KML file for use in google earth that refreshes once per second. The windows mobile program is written in c#. if you're interested, drop me a line: [email protected] and ill look foreward to adding some more functionality to this app im writing
