Battery is jumping frm 100% to 70% to 50% Why is this happening ?

I'm so confused, its not like the battery is not lasting me, it gives me enough juice and then some but that's kind of weird isn't, is my battery defective, should I get a new one, by the way I'm using the original default battery.

Update: Actually its a Blackjack II I bought from Ebay a few days ago, I mean the battery last all day with heavy use and then some but it goes from 100 to 70 to 50 to 30 where it warns me to plug it back in, you think its defective and I should get a new one, all when I go to check the battery with Power Management the blue decreases but its clearly not at a 100 yet still marks 100 although it looks like 95% or something like that.

Unknown why but that's just the way it reports back battery usage on the BJII. If you go into the power settings it will show you exactly where it is on a slider but will always report 100/75/50 to other programs.
