GPRS/WAP Settings input on Touch WM6.1

I'm trying out a new SIM card from Asda as they're offering ridiculously low call/text/data rates for PAYG. However, I cant see a way of entering all the WAP/GPRS settings in my Touch, running WM6.1 under the Onyx ROM.

Can anyone please advise me where all these settings go?
