You know it's this type of review that has put me off the X1.

There seem to be 2 types of buyers for phones like this, the Touch Pro, the Omnia and so on.

There are those users who are more bothered about taking photos, listening to music, watching video and surfing to sites like Facebook etc.

Then there are those users for who the performance of the phone, email and messaging are more important.

Sony Ericsson have always produced products for the first type of user and again have produced a fantastic phone that meets that brief. I would also place the Omnia and even the iPhone into this group.

I however need a phone first and a multimedia device second.
