Omnia and home network via WI-FI

I have a home network with 4 komp. Evrything works on a combination: WI-FI and router Dlink DIR-300. Omnia also beautifully conects to the router and all working excelent but... when I pluged Omnia to the one of the komp via ActiveSync all network crashed ( in this moment Omnia is not connected by WI-FI to the net). After this I must restart everything - each komp, router, cable modem - and after that net come back. I can not resolve this problem. I tried to change ROM in the Omnia and Router and still nothig. Maybe somebody knows what I should to do, or give me some idea.

Currently ROM the Omnia is SAHJ1, and the router DD-WRT V24 SP-1 ...
