Hey guyz,

I'd finally got my omnia last week and after a week of customization, I'm in love. However, there is this one problem, which is bugging me. Whenever I try to play a video, or view a pic, in portrait mode, suppose, a widescreen video would obviously take only 10% of the middle of the screen(horizontally, since its a widescreen video). When the orientation settings, both are kept are normal and I turn the omnia to landscape, the video screws up, instead of turning to a landscape view, it goes upside, literally turning what was there in portrait. None of the other settings work, except when the orientation is kept left-handed, in portrait fullscreen mode it comes properly a a landscape widescreen fullscreen video. So what is are the settings to be used?

I also have pocket player, but thats lame for viewing videos, I have kinoma freeplayer as well, there is no problem in that, but it doesnt play 480p videos as smoothly.

Is there a way to turn off automatic orientation for specific apps?

What do you guys recommend?

Wow, that really worked... I asked this question many times before and no one really answered ... i thought there is no solution to that!

Now I can go back and use my coreplayer... Any other best settings advice application wide? that will make using the application more smooth and nicer? network, buffering... ??
