Help Updating Omnia rom

hello, my name is agustin, and i have just recived my new omnia, and i want help installing the new rom. i'm from spain and i want the rom in spanish, can anybody help me giving me a tutorial and the roms in that language? ond tellme which programs i have to use to update the rom.

there are 2 firmwares? or what??
