As my Omnia is going back and I'm going over to an X1, I have 2 silicone cases going.

If some one wants to fire over £3 to cover p&p they are yours.

Black fits like a glove though the white is a tad looser.

Just curious. What was the deciding factor for you going over to the X1?

I'm no fan of Ericsson's design department (don't care for the lines on the X1) and felt the unit I looked at in the shop was truly stylus oriented. That and, although I wouldn't mind having a fully viewable screen when typing, I don't think I could give up my 5MB camera.

To be truly honest, I hated the fact that one of the deciding factors for me was the 5MP camera! I will never fall for that again even if they bring a phone with 1000MP!!! this would be the last thing to look at and a bonus if it is good... it is only a PURE marketing thing...

I like the camera. The main reason why I got this phone was it's slim figure, the way it fits in my hand and the call quality. Not to mention to be able to rotate and get a QWERTY and use a SURETYPE keyboard whenever as well. Also, it's ALL Screen, 8GB of extra memory space + a microsd slot (which I have 4gb). Wifi and GPS help, even though I won't use GPS, but wifi yes. Also, not having to convert movies right off teh bat to watch it on the device... WM6.1, yeah, a little slow, but it's also one of the most powerful OS's out there. So ... Yeah! I like it.

Don't get me wrong, I am having so much fun with the Omnia, and everything you've mentioned is exactly how I feel, however, the camera is not like how it is advertised! many other 5MP cameras that don't have all the features of this give better picture quality.

I don't understand why is it a 5MP camera and still the Dot Pitch is so low like this? I think this is what makes the picture quality good or not, and the video bit rate is so low, even if it is 30FPS, it is still not even close to good!

It's a shame, it's not 30FPS, hehe, not even close. I've seen some posts that say it's 15 and others that say 20. In all honesty, the videos I record are for fun, I don't mind the video. But the pictures generally come out great. It's slimmer than most cameras, and most cell phones. I love this phone  hehe. I had to send it back, well, they're coming to pick it up, cuz the screen was faulty :D. So I'm getting a new one ;) I love unboxing phones... I hate having to drain the battery.

Well, good luck on the X1, I personally don't like the phone. It's laggy and slow. Me no likey X1
