Does anyone know of an app that brings up a contact tab similar to

This is from SPB mobile shell but I dont realy want to install the full software just want the above screen, linked from ifonz app which I have installed.

Just found you can do this directly in Ifonz, info below for anyone who is interested:

just click and hold the icon until the menu opens - select edit.

when the icon settings appear select "contact" as icon type.

after this step there is a new option "Tel. N°": Select a contact and in case you have saved a foto for it in outlook you'll be asked for using it as icon.
