low memory space on Omnia T-mobile

Hi Guys not long had my Omnia and i was really happy with it but i am unable to install programs to the phone - TT7 and Garmin Xt and others.

I have 50mb of space left of the phones memory and when i try to install the program on the 8gb memory card i have i soon receive the message about being low on storage space.

I found where the data has been used and it was in the temp directory using the last bit of memory available. Soon as i remove that 50mb or so i have it free again.

So.............how can i change this? I don't know how i can stop it from using that extra memory up and it's driving me mad :lol:

I have tried to copy the files elsewhere but same issue happens. I don't have loads of music or vids installed so i know its not that.

I have a Samsung service centre about 6 miles from me and i am going to visit them tomorrow to see if they can help.

Any suggestions would be great.
