Manilla 2D Error Message

Hope someone can help...I've installed Manilla 2D V0.15.176 but on trying to run the program it gives an error message "unable to find manilla 2D settings file".

I've tried uninstalling, soft reset, re-installing but still get the same message and can't run the software.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong :lol: .
