Backup ROM

Hi, I have managed to extract 

Part00.raw

Part01.raw

Part02.raw

from my Samsung Omnia. How do I convert these files into a flashable format? How do I create a flash file which I can upload to the phone to restore this image later on.

I am trying to update to the latest ROM but I would like to backup my existing one just in case.
