new task and new sms shortcuts

Hi,

Does anybody know how to make a shortcut (for example in ultimate launcher) to a new task (not just task application) and new text message (not just shortcut opening messaging accounts)?

Can't find the right files... :lol: (

ok... found answer to a sms short cut (20#"\Windows\tmail.exe" -service "SMS" -to "" -body ""), but I would still appreciate help with new task shortcut...
