hmm i use spb backup. its really cool :lol: but the thing is the full backup will actually restore some files that mess up the rom version, thus the version application in settings will actually display x/y where one is the base rom and one is the restored rom...so its not recommended to do a full restore and backup! :D

i use outlook to backup my contacts, it syncs them and its an excellent solution ;) i use windows media player to sync my music, works flawlessly, and i use PIMbackup to backup my messages and call logs!
