Dialer problem! it has change to old one

Today after i make a call my dialer has change to old one [check screen shot] with out installing anything.

Probably i will do a hard reset and it will help but if someone can check the same.

Now my cprog.exe has 252K. can someone confirm the size?

I make a call using d-pad

1. Press talk key

2. using d-pad i change row

3. press dpad action key twice

4. make a call

mine is 252k also and i have the original skin.

must say however i like thoose coloors better

check the reg key: HKLM\security\phone\skin\enabled should be set to 1

because i don't think that this is problem with ROM. i think it was registry issue. but to late to check i have already hard reset my phone, but thanks next time i will know what to change. topic can be close
