sony E x1 panels... possible on omnia?

i had a play with on at the weekend just wondering if its possible to get the panels on the omnia??

Works OK, but how do you go back to it when you close an app? At the moment, if I close something down, I just go back to the home screen. Is there a way of swapping in and out?
