Omnia on orange

hi,

my girlfriend is on orange ( UK ) and had version pda : XXHG5 / MSHG1 , Phone : XXHG5 ,i updated the saftware to DXHH! but my girlfriend says that she is not getting a good phone signal ,so bad she had to email me. i have searched this forum and didn't find the answer to my question which is, that version should i update it to ??? pda and phone ,the samsung service centre said version XXHH9 but i cannot find this version .hope you can help
