Can you modify the device lock time?

Does anyone know if it is possible to modify the device lock feature on the Omnia? My device locks out every 15 minutes because my company's server security policy says that it has to lock out. The phone settings will only allow me to set the lockout time at 5,10,15 minutes, but it's a real pain the the butt to have to enter my password all the time.

Does anyone know if it's possible to modify, or even disable, the lock out time in the registry?
