Two ROM questions

1. What is the most up to date official UK ROM that can be downloaded for self-updating?

2. I have found HH2 on samsungmobile.com (or whatever) but it does not have a UK version. If I change my phone to French (for example) to allow the updater to find the phone, presumably I can change back to UK version after it is updated?
