Guest Gregy1403 Posted November 4, 2008 Report Posted November 4, 2008 Hi guys I noticed strange problem. If i hold Omnia in my hands, and if it fall from my hand on the desk .. no matter what height, 4 cm is enough ... it gets off. I have to turn it on. Strange .. it shouldn't be that sensitive .. or is bad battery contact, or software thing .. dunno ... Thank you
Guest lastnikita Posted November 4, 2008 Report Posted November 4, 2008 My guess is bad battery contact. Mine felt numerous times without turning off !

Guest Gregy1403 Posted December 2, 2008 Report Posted December 2, 2008 i took to it official service .. dunno what they did .. now is everything OK
Guest Omnian Posted December 2, 2008 Report Posted December 2, 2008 same problem here. i noticed it only happened to my newly purchased battery. My original batt didn't have this problem. So I would say it's a battery contact issue.
Guest Compuse Posted December 3, 2008 Report Posted December 3, 2008 (edited) I doubt it, a loss of battery strenght/signal will prolly make the whole phone "collapse"* but not the Wifi alone.. :/ (*aint really shutting down or turning off) Edited December 3, 2008 by Compuse
Guest mrcdebenz7 Posted December 5, 2008 Report Posted December 5, 2008 My guess is bad battery contact. Mine felt numerous times without turning off ! Turns out it is bad battery connection. From your guys suggestions I tried sticking a couple small pieces of paper at the end of the battery to make a tighter seal and now it doesnt turn off anymore!
