How do I allow permanent HTTP access in Java app?

How do I allow permanent Net access without prompting in JMe (Java) Environment. I am trying to run the GMAIL app on my Blackjack ll (i617) and I am sink and tired of the question popping up about allowing network access. On other phones I have had there was an option to permanently allow connections from this program but on this device the only option that even comes close to that is "allow and ask me next time". "Next Time" happens to be every single time the app needs to access data. Changing screens ect. :lol:
