followed all instructions and it still wont overwrite the file. when i look at the original files properties i notice that there is a check in the box for rom! how are you guys getting around that!

Okay I have a question and I can't find the answer anywhere else. Can somebody tell me the correct dimensions for the Samsung Today screen icons? They are the same ones on the menu screen.

Basically, I added some shortcuts to some programs like Google Maps onto my Samsung Today home screen and the icons that I used don't seem the match the "look" and size of the icons for the "Phone Book, Email, Internet, Phone, Music, etc." shortcuts. The standard samsung icons are WIDER and have a white border around them and the icons that I used seem more "clunky" and seem smaller and more narrow.

Can anybody point me to a DLL file that has high quality icons for things like google maps, AIM, and a Weather shortcut?

Or can you tell me the correct dimensions of the samsung icons so I can replicate them and create a icon myself? Also how do I put icons into a DLL file to use with SK Shortcut manager?

I tried renaming original 'launcher.exe.T1.skin' file, but it just rewrites itself.
