Exchange sync won't work with Official WWE WM6.1 Rom

Hi

I installed the ROM and everything seemed to work great. However when I set up my phone to sync with my exchange server I wouldn't work. I double checked the settings and everything is fine. When I plugged the Phone into my laptop it was able to sync.

The same thing happens when I try to use live messenger. It won't connect using my mobile network but will no problem using the laptop internet connection.

At first I thought the problem was with the network settings (T-Mobile UK) but I am able to browse the net like normal using both PIE and Opera.

Has anyone else had a similar problem or can you suggest a fix? I've had to revert back to my previous cooked ROM where everything connected fine.
