Audio format unsupported?

Hi all, sorry if this question has already been asked and solved in another thread, i tried looking but i just couldnt find one.

last night i put some .avi videos on my phone and tried watching them on touch player and WMP, but when i open them up, both apps say "Unsupported audio format" and then no audio plays... but the video is good.

does anyone know why this happens??

Just as it said because the audio codec used with these clips are not support in the included players.

You can covert the videos to use another audio format or install an extra video player with wider codec support like CorePlayer or tcpmp
