application install help

hey plss can anyone guide me on how to install downlaoded application which come in rar format when i download and upon extracting them i find no cab file in them ,they just contain a folder and in it some bunch of non cab files like .001 and .imi files ,sooo plss help me and guide me on how to install such application on omnia ,thanks in anticipation
