Change default streaming video player?

How do I change the default Streaming Video player to Core Player? The Youtube quality on the default is appallingly poor whereas CorePlayer does a good job.

I want to launch CorePlayer from Opera or IE when I click on a video to watch.

I've changed the file associations (AVI, MPEG4, etc.) in CorePlayer but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Any ideas?

Hi could some one please help me with the same problem as above, I'm trying to get core player to run as my default streaming player when i click on video links in opera however it keeps saying "as player" file was not found. ( i have "as player" uninstalled ). my preferred player is core player i've tried checking all video formats in settings but no change .
