spb phone suite problems

I have install phone suite on my Omnia, when I get a missed call or text, I cannot get the vibration to work, it will sound a missed reminder, but I cannot get the vibration to work, I have it set to sound and vibrate. Has anyone else had the same problem or does anyone know what I am doing wrong
