Ok, so what I want...is to be able to connect my phone to the computer and send/receive SMS messages on the computer (while it's connected)...basically I want to be able to use the nice computer keyboard instead of the BlackJack II keyboard B) Suggestions, comments, ideas?

I used to be able to do this on my old nokia symbian phone with the nokia pc suite and I really miss being able to do so.

(Hell I think even a cingular-freebie motorola phone I had once could do this with its software)

Try Jeyo Mobile Extender for Outlook.

It allows you to sent, read, download & restore SMS from within your Outlook.

There'll be a pop-up prompt in Outlook style when a new SMS arrives in your phone iff you are connected to our computer via ActiveSync or MDC.

It works, but I was looking for something a bit more IM-like...where it separates it into conversations and to send a message I just type in their conversation window and hit enter.

But, if nothing like that exists, then this is fine too B)
