second post here.

Can someone help me?

I cant start my c500 anymore.

Tried to hard reset it as described here but it wont work.

From mains charger i can press the two soft keys and power button at the point when the light goes from red to orange and then screen goes from the orange logo onto the windows mobile logo then switches back off?

Cant connect it to pc anymore.

Bought it off ebay and its in mint condition so it doesnt seem damaged at all.

Can someone help?

Souns like the battery needs charging. Try charging it for twenty minutes or so before attempting to power on.

If the battery is too low it will power on for a few seconds before shutting down again.

A hard reset should only be attempted with a fully charged battery.
